Products

- How long can the reed diffusers last?

Our 150ml reed diffusers can last between two to three months, however, it's lifespan can be affected by variables such as the number of reeds used and the location it is place.

- How long can the room fresheners last?

Each bottle is approximately 800 sprays and is good for up to 300 uses.

- How can I make sure that the fragrance from the reed diffuser can be smelt throughout the room?

Ensure the reeds are evenly spaced and not clustered together. This will increase the surface area of the reeds exposed to the air, maximizing their efficiency.

- Where are your scents made?

Our raw materials are sourced ethically from various parts of the world, but all design, research & development are done in Singapore.

- Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You’re welcome to checkout as a guest, but there are some perks to having an account with us. It’s easier to view your order status and order history.

- What payment options do you accept online?

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Orders

- I just received my order and some items are incorrect/defective. What should I do?

Please contact us if you received anything incorrect or defective as soon as possible (or within 7 days from the date you received your order). Make sure to provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and any other relevant information. We’ll try our best to get things sorted out as soon as possible for you.

- Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Unfortunately, amendments or cancellations can’t be made once your order’s been confirmed. This includes changing the product of the item(s), removing or adding item(s).

- What should I do if my discount code doesn't work ?

Shipping

- What are your shipping options?

All orders will be shipped out by Qexpress.

- Do you have self collection?

Yes, for self collection will be at Nanyang Polytechnic , Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang MRT Station (Other Mrt lines can be discuss)

- How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time frame is 2-3 working day(s). Delivery is made within 8am to 11pm.
